Born and raised in Kyoto, Japan, on June 4, 1971, I embarked on my design career in 1990, joining a private design office where I honed the fundamentals of print and design through analog paste-up work. In 1996, I moved to Osaka, focusing on agency projects that emphasized concept development and branding. During a pivotal period when Mac-based production was gaining traction, I worked with several companies to address the challenges of this transition. Concurrently, I served as a design instructor, teaching both analog and digital workflows. In 1999, I relocated to Tokyo and launched my freelance career, taking on both production and sales roles, primarily centered around agency projects. My work expanded to encompass a wide range of creative endeavors, from planning and events to the production of print media, packaging, promotional tools, photography direction, logo design (VI/CI), and character development.

In 2020, I reskilled as a web designer at Digital Hollywood, further expanding my expertise to include web creation for corporate, e-commerce, recruitment, and other websites, as well as LPs, banners, and thumbnails. My services extend to strengthening in-house production departments and guiding new ventures for clients ranging from established manufacturers to startups, including human resources and consulting. Essentially, my profession revolves around "creating" through direction and "connecting" with people and projects. This includes the proposal and sales of memorial ash products and e-commerce site management for { it sho ni }, operating omo-KG as a Photoshopper for image editing and retouching services, handling public relations and sales for Tamura Watch Repair Shop, and various advisory roles.

In my personal time, I've pursued a diverse range of interests and qualifications. I hold certifications as a Registered Sales Clerk and a Kanpo Life Instructor from the Japan Kanpo Health & Longevity Association. I also studied watch repair and obtained a Watch Repair Technician qualification. My hobbies include playing musical instruments, language studies, and exploring the realms of Web3 and AI. I am also a proud recipient of the Google UX Design Professional Certificate and an official member of the Japan Graphic Designers Association (JAGDA).
